 He graduated from Alexander Central High School. From there he attained a Bachelor of Ministry Degree from Andersonville Theological Seminary and then a Master of Divinity degree from West Lenoir Baptist School of Ministry. In May of 2023, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Middle Grades Education from East Carolina University. 

 

In April of 2022, he was voted in as Senior Pastor at Sulphur Springs Baptist Church. A month later, he married Brianna. The two are both excited and thankful for the opportunity to serve the Lord together. Prior to this, Pastor Bradley served as the youth pastor at Tabernacle Baptist Church in Stony Point, NC from 2016 - 2022. 

 

He prays that God will use him in this community to edify believers and declare the hope of Jesus Christ.

Pastor Travis was born and raised in Alexander County, growing up in the Bethlehem community, and graduated from Alexander Central High School in 2012. He made a profession of faith in Jesus Christ and was baptized at Dudley Shoals Baptist Church in Caldwell County at the age of 5, and later was a member at Three Forks Baptist Church in Taylorsville, NC and Tri City Baptist Church in Conover, NC.

After graduating from high school, Travis married his high school sweetheart, Emily in 2013 and worked in both restaurant management and the car business prior to being called into ministry. Travis began to feel the Lord calling him into student ministry in January of 2023 and shortly after he enrolled at Liberty University to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Next Generation Ministries. In November of 2024, God called him to Sulphur Springs Baptist Church to be their Associate/Youth Pastor.

Travis and Emily also have two other members on their ministry team, their daughter Shayley, who was born in August of 2021, and their son Shepherd, who was born in July of 2024. Travis and his family are excited to see what the Lord does in their ministry at SSBC and are humbled to have the opportunity to serve in this community and beyond!

Travis prays that the Lord will guide him in his ministry and that he will rely solely on the Holy Spirit as he stays dedicated to the biblical discipleship and expositional teaching of God’s Word to which he feels called.
